Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We ship to all Australian states and territories. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Check out more shipping details here.

What are your shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on orders over $120 Australia-wide. For orders under $120, shipping is a flat rate of $10. Find more details on shipping here.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia only. If you're outside Australia and keen for a Lo-Fi Rituals fix, email us at hello@lofirituals.com to see what's possible.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your incense journey to your door.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout for when you need your ritual essentials fast.

What is Lo-Fi Rituals incense made from?
Our incense is made from natural oakwood and hand-dipped in small batches using our original fine fragrance blends. No phthalates, no parabens — just smokin' fine scents.

Is your incense natural?
Yes. We use natural oakwood incense and carefully selected, premium fragrance oils that are phthalate- and paraben-free. Our incense is clean-burning and crafted for feel good spaces.

Is Lo-Fi Rituals incense vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. No animal products, no testing. We love our furry friends and would never test on them. All of our products are completely cruelty-free — just feel-good vibes all the way.

Where is your incense made?
All Lo-Fi Rituals incense is dipped, dried and packed in our Melbourne studio.

How long does each incense stick burn?
Each incense stick burns for approximately 60 minutes, depending on air flow. Perfect for bright and sunny mornings, cosy evenings, and everything in between.

Do your incense sticks leave black residue or heavy smoke?
Nope! Our incense is made for clean burning — no black walls, no harsh or head-achey chemical scents. Just smooth, smokin’ fine scents that fill your space, not overpower it.

Burning & Safety

How should I burn incense safely?
Place your incense stick in a heatproof holder on a fire-safe surface. Light the tip, gently blow out the flame, and let it smoulder. Never leave burning incense unattended, burn in a well ventilated space and keep away from drafts, children, and pets.

Do I need an incense holder?
Yes — we recommend using a heat-resistant incense holder to safely catch ash and elevate your ritual. Have you checked out The Freebie? Let us hook you up, on the house!

Can I use incense and candles or diffusers together?
Absolutely. We love scent layering — incense adds a smoky, grounding base to your other home scents. Burn incense on its own or pair with candles and diffusers to create your own atmosphere.

How often can I burn incense?
You can enjoy incense daily! We love making it a part of our morning and evening rituals.

Can I use incense for meditation or yoga?
Absolutely. Our incense blends are designed to enhance daily rituals — grounding, calming, uplifting — perfect for meditation, movement or mindful moments.

What's the best time of day to burn incense?
There's no wrong time! Many people love morning incense to set intentions for the day, while others prefer evening burns for unwinding. Find what feels right for you, create your own lo-fi rituals.

Can I burn incense while working from home?
Absolutely! Our clean-burning incense won't overwhelm your workspace – bonus smokey, mysterious vibe on your zoom calls depending on where on your desk you place your holder!

Can I use different incense scents throughout the day?
Definitely! Create a scent journey - energising morning blends, sweet or fruity afternoon scents, and warm and grounding evening aromas.

Storage & Care

How should I store my incense?
Keep incense sticks in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Each batch is packed fresh, and storing them well keeps your scents smokin' fine for longer.

How long do incense sticks last?
When stored properly, your incense sticks will maintain their aroma potency for several years.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Lo-Fi Rituals Gift Cards.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We hope you love your Lo-Fi Rituals goodies — but if something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are refunded or replaced (our shout). We don’t offer change-of-mind refunds, but exchanges may be possible. More on our Returns, Refund and Exchange policy here.
