Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you adore your Lo-Fi Rituals goodies — though if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns, refunds and exchanges.


If Something’s Gone Wrong

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite what you ordered:

  • Email us at hello@lofirituals.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Pop in your order number + a few clear photos so we can see what’s up.
  • Once we confirm the issue, we’ll organise a refund or replacement (our shout, including return shipping).

Change of Mind

Our incense is small-batch and made with care — so we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

  • If you’d like to swap for something else, we may offer an exchange at our discretion.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You cover return postage + shipping for the new item.

How to Return Something

  1. Email us first — we’ll confirm if your return/exchange is approved.
  2. Pack your item carefully in its original packaging.
  3. Send it back using a tracked service (just so nothing gets lost on the way).

Timing

  • Faulty/incorrect items: let us know within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange requests: within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and check the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs aren’t refunded (unless it was our mistake).
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Your Rights
We’ve got your back! As per Australian Consumer Law — you’re always entitled to a fix, replacement, or refund if something’s faulty or not as described.
